예전에 토론토에서 온 친구에게 거기선 보통 사람들 뭘 먹어 라고 질문해 본적이 있다. 친구가 말하긴 토론토 사람들의 주식은 스시와 롤이라고 할 정도로 일상적인 음식이 되었다고 했다.  

뉴욕은 그만큼은 아니면서도 스시 혹은 롤이 일상적인 음식이라고 할 만큼 슈퍼에서부터 델리, 그리고 레스토랑까지 다양한 가게에서 팔고 있다. 그렇다고 해서 스시의 전반적인 Quality 가 높다고 말하기엔 좀 애매하다

가끔씩 맛있는 스시가 먹고 싶을 때 생각나는 곳이다.
